The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last contact with the hospital and is key to creating lasting, positive impressions. CSRs are responsible for client care, communication, and always providing excellent client service. CSRs perform clerical duties related to veterinary care and treatment, process invoices and payments, direct incoming phone calls, and provide miscellaneous support to the rest of the veterinary team. The CSR must have exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), computer literacy, ability to multitask, friendly attitude, and confidence to deal with stressful situations.
