Kira

Kira's veterinary career started in 2013 as a kennel assistant while she was attending school to become a Certified Veterinary Assistant. After becoming a veterinary assistant, she quickly moved up to a management position. She joined the Sierra Animal Hospital team in 2024 to be close to some of her favorite veterinarians and expand her knowledge in pocket pets and large animal. Cats are her specialty and will always be her favorite species to work with. When not at work, you can find her at home hanging out with her 4 lovely cats: Reindeer, Phish Taco, Fluffy Butters and Panda.
